Creating a Drum Program

In MPC Software, create a new Drum Program by clicking the + button in the Program section and selecting Drum Program. A drum program maps individual samples to 128 pads organized in banks of 16 (Pad Banks A through H). Most beats use the first 8-12 pads in Bank A for their core drum sounds.

Loading Samples to Pads
